The Pledge
As a member of the Minnesota state legislature, I pledge to:
Support legislation that bans sex “normalization” surgeries on intersex children up to age 12
Support legislation that expands access to trans health care
Support contingency funding for trans health care providers whose federal funding is cut off
Support a prohibition on health care providers ending or pausing trans hormone care and/or surgeries if they provide those same services to cisgender people
Support a state stockpile of hormones in case the Trump administration inhibits supply
Oppose any ban or restriction on the freedom of movement of transgender individuals in Minnesota and their access to health care
Oppose any ban on sports participation by transgender individuals
Oppose any weakening of the ban on conversion therapy
Oppose any legislation that mandates educators out transgender or LGB students to their parents/guardians, or interfering with educators’ abilities to recognize their students’ genders and pronouns
